A typical work day
A typical work day would consist of responding to customer e-mails, resolve queries over web chat as well as over the phone. Also through working within the company I’ve learnt to manage a team, work with a team and be a leader, I enjoy being able to help customers wherever I can and that’s where the challenging part comes into play, no customer is the same and each matter needs to be resolved According to policy.

Excellent learning
We are working nice as a team learning to each other respecting th each other and the customer s even though the challenges I is upon us but because we stand together as a team and we conquer it and the work is becoming easy .

A well matured customer service
A typical work work starts well but very busy as we are a very big company that assist international clients, my relationship wit co-workers is very great as we understand we are a team and we need each other to make the working space a better place. I have learned patience and the hunger to be able to assist both our clients and as well as internal clients and that is my co-workers. I enjoy team buildings and lunch hours where we get a chance to look back and discus on how we can improve the service. Challenges are when the system is down or very slow and its frustrating for the clients
Pros: nothing major that happens in the call centre. its the same routine

Experienced HR Generalist
Good company to work for, just lacks corporate structure. Company looks after its employees well, and has very go CSI schemes. What I enjoyed mist was getting to work alongside many different types of people everyday, and learning to and understand a new environment for me.

Great compqny
The company is a well established company that is outsourcing in South Africa. They give loads of opportunity such as charity work and also groth within. The only downside is there are no set shifts for call centre staff however that is the agreement at the beginning as it is a call centre.

Great opportunity to gain experience
DdffWorking for Capita has its ups and downs such as any other business. But a typical day at work is pressured however, excellent target reaching competition between the advisors. There are growth opportunities in the managerial positions and its a great opportunity to gain experience.
