Exposure in different fields

this is a warm place to work to when it comes to my colleagues because they are loving and caring individuals. I have learnt so many things in admin as i work in the back office, solving customer queries that front line agents can not solve, dealing with the service requests. the system is easy to use and the team that i work with is more helpful and supporting. some queries are more challenging than other service requests.

Pros: solving logged request because you will take your time to solve it than front line agents who have to deal with the customer now
Cons: shifts more especial night shifts

Problem solving skills and able to think fast

Have to attend to youe tickets easily to work with and always having a positve attitude Learned to solve problems and make sure you do everything well and on time, clients are important and need to be kept happy. I enjoy inter actingwith many people everyday. Challenges are issues not solved in time.

Excellent learning curve

To my experience management does not build team moral. Agents are over work under paid and not motivated by making the call centre a lively fun place to be. In my time of being there almost 30 people have resigned for feeling under valued. Hence there are 10 to 15 people hired and trained each month. I personally motivate myself as one should but not all possess the same quality.

Cons: Underpaid and unhappy staff

Great environment

a great place to grow ur career at. Friendly environment to be at, a lot of opportunities for growth. team buildings done on a regular basis therefore providing a close knit family.

Excellent learning curve

I was very happy with the treatment I received as a colleague at my current job. I was well informed in time of any deadlines and therefore I was able to meet deadlines ahead of time at an impeccable standard. Although I had a great experience I must say I want to grow even further and soak in as much exposure from a different platform to expand my skills.
