I enjoy facing challenges so i could say to me it was only a stepping stone to success.
I always start my day in a positive note and that makes my day to be productive and produce sales. I am a team player so that makes it easier for me to gel with the co-workers or teammates and being in call center environment has taught to be self motivated, positive and professional at the same time to get the results. What i enjoy most is when i get recognition for the good work i produce as it boosts the morale. At time in this job i get to encounter irate client or one in the bad mood and that can be a challenge however when I'm confident about the product then i come up with a solution to a client to reach consensus.

Excellent learning curve
I start up my day with attending to emails and resolving escallations from the clients head office, social media, my boss, team leaders as well as agents of the flow. Dealing with irate customers who wants the impossible. My co- workers are a great bunch of people who literally pushes me to do my best to find solutions for queries we come across. I've learned that patience is a virtue. Imve learned to be a very good listener and to find a balance on every situation.. i enjoy solving problems, engaging with customers and making them feel happy about choosing the network. I also enjoy saving clients from canceling the packages given to them and most of all i enjoy my job

Learning curve
Working at Bytes was an experience because i had to convince existing clients from Fnb to take up the legal plan and i was able to convert sale making sure the target is exceeded daily. In a call center working with a team makes things much easier so i was able to gel well with the co-workers as i believe in interdependence.

Exposure in different fields
this is a warm place to work to when it comes to my colleagues because they are loving and caring individuals. I have learnt so many things in admin as i work in the back office, solving customer queries that front line agents can not solve, dealing with the service requests. the system is easy to use and the team that i work with is more helpful and supporting. some queries are more challenging than other service requests.
Pros: solving logged request because you will take your time to solve it than front line agents who have to deal with the customer now
