Excelent learning curve

I work in an environment wherhere is a lot of pressure and we have to meet targets, i enjoy working in a team and building rapport. How to assist subscribers, analysing the problem and solving it. I enjoy helping subscribers with resolving issues that they have regarding their contracts.. making sure that the subscriber doesn't call back for the same problem

Excellent learning curve

Personal profile I am a mature, experienced and ambitious Desktop Support Technician with a strong technical background who possesses self -discipline and the ability to work with the minimum of supervision. Having exposure to a wide range of technology and able to play a key role in diagnosing hardware and software problems ensuring quality solutions meeting business objectives. Possessing a good team, deadline orientated and having the ability to organize and present complex solutions clearly and accurately. Looking for suitable Desktop Support Technician /Networking Technician positions with a successful and dynamic company that offers a room for progression.

What was i doing,relationship with my co-workers,what ive learnt and enjoyed

I was working on an inbound call centre industry where I was dealing with customer queries such as sim swap, airtime advance, recharge issues,BIS, etc. my relationship with my coworkers was all about team work because we could ensure that we meet service level everyday and give customers the best service ever. I've learnt lot of thing such as treat a customers like they are your friends.. so that you can be friendly to them.you need to be patience with other people. working as team. what I enjoyed is my team was always number 1 when it come to performance which means we were always the first group to choose our working schedule.

Excellent learning curve making a better person

William Thabane i worked at SAA voyager from 2006-2008 as call centre agent duties making booking using amadeus , advising customer with airport taxes, departure time and arrival time. Also worked at bytes as call centre agent At prepaid department doing simswap Advising customer with vodacom product Moved to vodacom contract money as agent Advising customer with vodacom product example contract phones , how activate roaming, advising customer how to set up email on pc and phones, invoices,activate and deactivate vas.

Pros: Good promoted to be coach
Cons: Long hours and shifts

Learning curve

It is a sales industry so i just make sure that i work my leads and convert, being a team player i get along well with my co-workers as we treat each other like family. I have learnt to be always confident with the product and customers will buy into it without any hesitation.

Learning curve

I always make sure i work my leads and convert sales, working ahead time just to be on the safe side. I work well with my co-workers as I Am a team player and what i have learnt is to always be professional and self motivates because in the call center it is easy to be influenced.

Good way to start your career

It's gud to work at bytes people solotion. People are fyriendy and thre is growth.. They put you as the consultant first as. They treat you as their priority.

Learning curve

Working at Bytes was an experience because i had to convince existing clients from Fnb to take up the legal plan and i was able to convert sale making sure the target is exceeded daily. In a call center working with a team makes things much easier so i was able to gel well with the co-workers as i believe in interdependence.

Exposure in different fields

this is a warm place to work to when it comes to my colleagues because they are loving and caring individuals. I have learnt so many things in admin as i work in the back office, solving customer queries that front line agents can not solve, dealing with the service requests. the system is easy to use and the team that i work with is more helpful and supporting. some queries are more challenging than other service requests.

Pros: solving logged request because you will take your time to solve it than front line agents who have to deal with the customer now
Cons: shifts more especial night shifts
