Its a big company but their don't know how to treat employees

Bytes people solution it's an outsourced call centre company of Vodacom based in Midrand.i started working as a call centre agent on the 20th April 2015 until the 31st December 2017 when my contract ends.i have 3 years experience working as call centre agent

Highly motivated

Good communication skills, Providing good services and being a good listener.

Learned to be a team player working together to reach a same goal, developed a passion to assist customer under any circumstance. I enjoyed the providing First call resolution to customer query. working with limited resources was the most challenging part.

I am a deticated person with full of energy

I enjoy working, my typical work day 7 days, I am still on training prosess but I am a fast learner, I have learned on how to treat client, good communication skill etc, the most challenging aspects is when dealing with stubborn clients.

I ve learnt lot of things

It is nice working have, I have a good relationship with my colleges Respond to customer inquiries Provide customer with information packages on products and services Build customer loyalty by following up on customer calls Escalating customer queries to the correct department Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions, maintaining First Call Resolution (FCR)

Good experience. It's a busy day from start to end. I'm a peoples person so my interaction with staff is great. I enjoy interacting with staff and my passion of the job.

I am happy with my job roles as system supporter.

A bright, talented and self-motivated man, who has good organisational skills, is highly efficient and has a good eye for detail. Has extensive experience in customer service, analytical techniques and server administration, Able to play a role in analysing problems and generate effective solutions, as well as good decision making. I am quick learner who can absorb new ideas and can communicate clearly and effective, now looking for a suitable job with an ambitious company.

Exposure in different fields

this is a warm place to work to when it comes to my colleagues because they are loving and caring individuals. I have learnt so many things in admin as i work in the back office, solving customer queries that front line agents can not solve, dealing with the service requests. the system is easy to use and the team that i work with is more helpful and supporting. some queries are more challenging than other service requests.

Pros: solving logged request because you will take your time to solve it than front line agents who have to deal with the customer now
Cons: shifts more especial night shifts

A work as an IT Technician, I'm a friendly person who works hard and I work very well with my co-worker and I like helping out. I have learned to do my job in time and to make sure that im done with the job that I have to do for the day. I enjoy learning different things everyday. The challenging thing to me is not having anything to do at work , I always want to do my job and to do it very well.
