Excellent learning curve
Wonderful people, opportunities for growth, on the job training. Dinamic company to work for. Since starting there 11 years ago, the culture has changed drastically over the last year, to fit in with changing times. Moving the HQ from Stellenbosch to the Waterfront was the significant and final change.

Working at British American Tobacco, you learn a lot especially when have to develop a skill that is unfamiliar to you, the environment challenges growth in your field of experte, and it develops you, unfortunately there where no post vacant otherwise I would have love to grow within the industry and excel.

Worked independently without supervision
Plan my route in advance, increase market share and share of shelve in every outlet visited, make sure that all BATSA brands are sold at RRSP. Educating looks staff about new products and the benefit.
