It is a very nice company to work for & theres a lot of benefits.I have learnt a lot from the management of BAT because they are very supportive.This company is very big & it has a big market share in the cigarette industry.the employees in the company are very passionate & love working for the company.

Learning curve

I'm the best candidate to this position am the best controller around the jorburg site I enjoy my work everyday I sometime wish to work more long hours its healthy enveroment everyday I learn a new challenge from management and fellow collegues

Bat work place

Busy and stressful office environment with high expectations. I believe we work better with kpi's is place and being goal oriented. Good balance to work and play. Everyone respects each other with dignity.

Excellent learning curve

Great opportunity to work, team talk in the morning to give clear targets and deadlines. All sales Representatives leave the depot to see customers. As a manager you can jump into their car and work with the sales Representative the whole day in order to be able to coach them accordingly. On another day you use your own car to visit key customers either for a certain reason or just a courtesy visit

Working out of office is great and meeting new people daily .working hours where to long

Tipical jday is great besides the working hours. Co-workers are great people. Learnt negotiation skill, working with money and taking care of accounts navigating my way through the Bay Enjoyed the traveling. Targets were ridiculous, management did not play they role in assisting reps

New work experience and challenge

Check temperatures record water pressure if there is a break down attend to it first stàrt services as per schedule for the data center of boilers and Afrikaans to see you all next week

Hard working person and a team player, I have all the qualities to manage people. I can work with all types of different people. I am fast learner and can be able to work at all levels.
