Excellent communication skills

I work at British American Tobacco and I am a leader in my team. Every day I go out to customers to persuade them with orders. I solve their queries at all times and make sure they receive the quality service while I am also making sales. When my manager is on leave I fill the gab as a manager and through that I have gained more experience in how to lead a team of 14 people. I am a fast learner and always willing to accept more challenges.

Pros: I am at the level of getting a promotion
Cons: I go home after finishing all what I am supposed to do.

Broadened my customer sales

The company that im currently working has widened my customer service more and they equips with a relevant resource knowledge. I grew to be hunger sales driven due to all of my accomplishments in the sales (fmcg) I like to work in the environment where new ideas are considered a diverse community such a current employer. Im easy approachable person who accepts his mistakes and rectifie them a problem solver and adopts easily around people and don't entertain office politics I also try to do more than what is axpected out me and learn more. I can balence my personal life and work

Excellemt learning curve

Its a good working environment where you can communicate freely with your co - workers regarding any issues , problems or work related issues. Its sn environment that allows you to work and get exposure and new experiences when it comes to project planning , short term courses etc.

Cons: Long hours when requested

Great opportunities

I develop technical training material for all British American Tobacco end markets (factories global). Partake in global meetings regarding the development of skills for technicians, artisans and operators to close skills gaps. I provide technical support and coaching as per the requirements

Pros: Great opportunity for self development through ongoing challenges.
Cons: Pressure to achieve targets and very sensitive machinery.
