Good customer service and training every month Meeting every morning as a motivations to employee and later meeting meeting one on one with the manage which helps the employee to debrief all challenges faced on the field and be ready to face new day

Pros: trade marketing
Cons: it was just little challeges as employee use to sell us out to hijakes that made our working condition to be on high risk and becoming difficult to deliver as exepected

Seeking new opportunity.

Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people

I have good Communication skills, I am a Team worker with Strong Leadership and Ethical Character with an ability to work independently. I have 4 y e a r s work experience in Corporate B2B sales, 1 Sales representative experience in FMCG and 4 years in Trade Marketing Experience in FMCG industry. Advance in Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Lotus Notes and Fener software). Attitude to Win People Over and a good relationship builder

the team work and the support that we are getting from our managers its was amazing the only problem it was risk of caring lot of stock and cash and hijackings that all.

More than just work but a good learning curve also

Good people I work with the environment is friendly sort of a family environment as we all team players nd understand we work as a chain in order to make sure company targets are achieved not just individual targets What I like most is that I'm always on the go interacting with different people nd ensuring to deliver in full nd on time to their different needs making sure to maintain good relationship with them The most challenging factor about the job is safety on the field What I've learned is that sales is more than just a transaction it's actually more like an art where u apeal to someone needs nd making sure u add value at da same time

Great learnings,complex environment

Excellent business culture with diverse environment, BAT has an excellent training facility that shows proper execution as per company standard.As a new incumbent you are provided with proper support and training before you resume your responsibility.

Excellent company

A typical day starts by planning the day's route and making sure that my hand held is in a working order, all the outlets for the day appear on the system and its fully operational. Do an inspection on my working vehicle then go to see the clients for the day to fully service them as per their needs, solve problems if any arises. Handle all the cash and credit transaction, deliver and double check the stock with the store manager to make sure everything is one hundred percent correct. What I have learnt is to be patient with customers, understand their needs, go an extra mile for a costumer and most of all I don't look and problems as problems but challenges that make me better myself in what I do and to be able to give quality service to every client I come across and to uplift Tue name of my company and sell more of the company products. I am a team player and can relate very well will my colleagues.

I'm willing to learn more

I'm have a code 10 drivers license an a diploma in health safety. I also have a machine operator certificate wish I studied at British American tobacco ( BAT ) I also have a forklift drivers licence and a certificate I still willing to learn if I find opportunity.ill like to see my self as a chief inspector one day and I now ill be one, to protect my colleagues at work from harm

Pros: I'm a hard worker ill put all my effort when I'm at work I'm willing to keep on learning when opportunities come
Cons: I can work long hours as I'm doing in dis company I'm working on
