Working under my company is good because working hours are good ,problem is working under agent

Working under BMW is a dream for me but unfortunately in our part we are under agent called FSI we a doing well as a team in terms of assisting one another we more of a family when im done with my work I go an assist were is busy all I want is to work under BMW an get paid by BMW working under contract has disadvantages.

Challenging

I am a process supporter of 20 people in a warehouse of bmw.we receive parts from our suppliers then despatch them to the production line.. * my team is named the best team,becaisr i always give them hope and encouraging words so that they dont give up.however its challenging because people have different characters *You dont know what to expect everyday when you start working especially that we are working with SAP * i am a very strong,patient and calm person which is why i manage to deal with 20 people *i have learned alot of things but 1 most important is taking responsibility and solving problems simply because my team rely on me. *i love been the master of evrythng

Shifts that allows great interactions between the collegues. It creates a great relationship within the collegues when they are doing a shift hand over What I have learned is good communication skills, interpersonal skills

Working for BMW is a very interesting and exciting place to further enhance my work experience, we deal with alot of international markets under the BMW Group banner, supplying IT solutions for them and helping create a more modernized way of working..

Career growth

Moving forward:To establish myself in the a dynamic environment where there is room for opportunity and growth. Currently a lot of interaction with all departments in a support function. Liaising with our head office to report local results and to provide support. Liaising with external auditors

- Typical work day is 8.5 hrs and also working on shifts - What I have learnt so far is to value feedback of co-workers in order for one to continuously improve
