Working at BMW has taught me a lot about working with a group of people and how to communicate with people,learned to respect others.It also gave me an experience as being a Health And Safety Representative as im currently I’m at BMW.And their salary helped to take my self to school to study Safety Management.

Pros: I really enjoyed working here .But since I got back from. Maternity leave and just shift me from my position to another I hate working here

Great growing opportunity

I have learned a lot when it comes to IT industry. Using different system has opened my eyes and increased my ability to think fast. I have learned how to work with lots of different people, and how to handle certain situations.

I have gain quit an experiencein an automotive industry

I enjoyed every moment I spent there . My colleagues were friendly and kind which made it easy to work and learn from them. There is a lot that is happening a lot of processes that are being done to obtain final product is not an easy job there are challenge along the way but they are survivable.

Pros: There are opportunities but they are slim
Cons: normal working hours for those whom are not permanent

Interesting time

My typical day at work involves seeing patients for orthopedic and health assessments, managing administrative and operational deliverable for projects being run in the plant by the health management clinic e.g Bi-annual Physical ability assessment of all employees which has been running from January and has to be completed by end of August. This project needed communication between managers in the production lines and ourselves regarding availability of staff in between production, agreeing on testing times and arrangement of venues etc for testing. This project has been successfully completed with a 92% test compliance.

Pros: vast exposure to positions in the industrial space
Cons: long hours, shift work

Growth department

I'm still young and capable of quickly learning of what you have to teach me and I can be productive in a short period of time concentrating in quality, quality and quality. Excellent learning environment, and great area to learn outside f your expertise with ease

Working within the marketing Department under product management, one isn't limited to product, ive been able to work n e mobility, connected services and as well IT related matters. Co-workers are easy approachable to ask and to learn. and typical days involves greeting fellow co workers and the neganging n current topics of matter at work, some jokes and industry jokes are shared in between and lunch is shared with majority of the department together and time to time shared with other people within other departments

Pros: Great area to open up to other areas of the business to learn
Cons: Growth to new positions isn't that easy

Excellent communicator

I am always looking forward to my job, as I am people's person and enjoy working and assisting. I always make a point that I leave a mark and inspire, encourage and uplift other people around me i.e. colleagues.

Pros: I was able to see my strong points and passion hence I need a change.
Cons: Working hours are not good, using public transport sometimes it becomes challenging. The job is not challenging and I would love to get something challenging.

Excellent learning curve

I work well as an individual as well as in a team. I am hard working and a dedicated employee. I am focused and driving to succeed. I adapt to any enviroment quickly. I am able to work flexable hours. I am willing to relocate. I am willing to start immediately. I am willing to learn as the industry constantly changes. I am loyal and realiable and strive always to do my best. I have multipal certificates and practicle experience with OT and IT.
