BMW is a great company that is trying to find it's feet around testing and why do we perform testing. For a young passionate career driven QA person, it is not the company to work for.

A typical day is working under pressure, with quick decision making together with a tam of 35 staff. Supply chain enviroment where the production line cannot be stopped due to human error.

Typical day, challenging

a tipcal work day, is opening job cards, printing the vechile viewers. checking in process doing the cia's, customer follow ups. Making service bookings. calling customers.send sms's, redirecting calls,send mails. I have a good relationship with the people I work with. I have learnt how to cope in the industry. and that you must give your absolute best. I have learnt how the new system work and everyday I get more and more tasks to do on the new system. I enjoy working with the customers. and working on the system because I am quick. the most challenging part is to calm a angry customer down.

Learning curve

Love meeting new people and greeting. My experience working with BMW was amazing. Seeing the overall quality of the vehicle or motorcycles that get brought in was amazing. Including riding the demo motorcycles. Being a personal assistant for this major company was a benefit that made all of us happy. And I would gladly do it again with a heart beat

ITS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR,BUT THERE IS SOME PERSONALS REASONS WHICH I DISLIKE

i am the head of my department,and work as a team TYPICAL WORKDAY IS ON FRIDAY,PRAYER DAY. WORKER ARE VERY FRIENDLY OUTGOING ETC. Great learning but poor career progression

Poor career progression, unless one has connections Great learning from the company. Great processes Mostly great colleagues, but poor leadership. Managers are not encouraged and measured on leadership

Good work experience

It's an honour to work at BMW as a contractor the experience has been overwelming, we work together as a team I have v build good relationship with other people. Though the work to be done it's a lot but I do enjoy working in my field and am open to learning other new things if I am given the opportunity to grow in the Campany. Am really enjoying a lot and learning new things I appreciate the opportunity

Hard Work

Struggled with the management there and the people i worked with, learnt a lot though and the experience was really good! the training was exceptional and they are willing to spend a lot of money on you,
