Excellent learning curve in automotive industry

Great company for entry level in automotive industry and a great relationship between co-workers i have learned that every second count in the industry what enjoyed most is the final product and quality of the project being done and the most challenging aspects of the job is not getting it right first time

Working experience

I have a good relation with fellow workers even my bosses a typical day stats with a meeting previous shift issues and the plan for the day learnt sap most challenging have a lot of young guys on my team working weekends for the them motivate them and advice them about taking their work seriously

Great learning experience and networking

my work day consists of arriving at work at 7am, greeting clients who brought their vehicles in for service, offer them evaluations on their vehicles and offering to upgrade to newer models, work out proposals and finance structures then do processing of new business as well as repeat business. The relationship with my colleagues is very pleasant as we are a small team who are close and assist each other with all work duties when needed to. i have learnt people skills, building rapport with talking and interacting with many different people on a daily basis, working well under pressure as it is a result driven job, pushing myself and getting out of my comfort zone, learning and getting exposed to new technology in cars and upskilling myself by reading up and doing computer based assessments on product knowledge. i enjoy most is meeting new people and providing them with the car of their dreams,the most challenging aspect would be to constantly keep myself motivated even when the sales are slow,

Pros: great networking with different people who you come into contact with, 1st hand exposure of new vehicles on the market, great earning potential, building confidence with interacting with people from all walks of life, handling objections, and interests
Cons: long working hours, 6 days a week including public holidays, salary not consistent
