It is good to work at my company because it teaches me a lot

My job is a driver and to load cars in trucks so that they can be transported to dealership around South Africa.I relate very well with my colleagues and seniors and although my job can be challenging sometime I learned to be patient.

Pros: There is always a room for improvement and promotion
Cons: I work shifts so sometimes it can be straneous

Opportunity for growth

I am a team player, I can work well as part of the team and individually , I am committed in all that I do and I go extra mile to ensure that I complete my Job well and on time.

Pros: My ability of finishing my Job well and complete and on time
Cons: I tend to work beyong normal working hour to ensure excellent work

Excellent communicator

I am always looking forward to my job, as I am people's person and enjoy working and assisting. I always make a point that I leave a mark and inspire, encourage and uplift other people around me i.e. colleagues.

Pros: I was able to see my strong points and passion hence I need a change.
Cons: Working hours are not good, using public transport sometimes it becomes challenging. The job is not challenging and I would love to get something challenging.

Excellent learning curve

I work well as an individual as well as in a team. I am hard working and a dedicated employee. I am focused and driving to succeed. I adapt to any enviroment quickly. I am able to work flexable hours. I am willing to relocate. I am willing to start immediately. I am willing to learn as the industry constantly changes. I am loyal and realiable and strive always to do my best. I have multipal certificates and practicle experience with OT and IT.

I have gain quit an experiencein an automotive industry

I enjoyed every moment I spent there . My colleagues were friendly and kind which made it easy to work and learn from them. There is a lot that is happening a lot of processes that are being done to obtain final product is not an easy job there are challenge along the way but they are survivable.

Pros: There are opportunities but they are slim
Cons: normal working hours for those whom are not permanent

Good company for growth .

At my company i lead a team and monitor processes ,i come up with ideas(Continues improvement) with aims high on adding value and eliminating waste . i have learnt how to take leadership and work with people ,i have learned that every problem has a solution and i enjoy working with my co-workers and taking initiative to set an example as a leader .The challenging part with my work is when volume is required and as a result we have pressure as we have to make sure a customer receives good quality products .

Pros: You get to know more about work organisation .
Cons: Pressure when volume is needed .

I learned tools,suspension and serving on vehicle

We working as a teem at GP MOTORS BMW AND MINI IT WAZ ONLY TWO MONTH CONTRACT.WE LEANED SUSPENSION,TOOLS AND WHEEL AND TYRE.WE DID ENGINE BUT WE WERE NOT GOING FAR ELLEN WAZ PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC AT GP MOTOR THE COMPANY WE SIGNED CONTRACT FOR TWO MONTH ONLY

Cons: Nine hours\teatime at ten o'clock ,lunch at one o'clock knock out time at five o'clock
