Very Growth intensive, Cultural orientated, Cool and calm environment and very professional Setting
Our office is situated in a Golf park, which means the great views and the culture at work is very light but still professional. We have a very family orientated culture with my collegues. Respect is the number one factor as we have older people at work who also give the same amount of respect we give as young people. I've learnt a lot about our industry which is the Merchant Services business, such as the usage of speed point and what happens in the background including the service fees as well. I come from the Business Banking Background where we serviced Business Clients and as much as that was a different department it is pretty much the same environment. Being a FICA Analyst i work very closely with a lot of departments such as the Compliance, Fraud, Sales Consultants and the operations team which is what i enjoy the most as i liaise with different people each day.
Pros: I started in 2017 December working as a Data Capturer and during that process i multiskilled in the FICA Analyst position. 6 months down the line i got promoted to be a FICA Analyst.
Cons: The offices is quite far and i have to travel a distance to get to work. Apart from that i hardly have any Cons about it.

Chandons Day at work
The lay back vibe the company provides and people work with is really amazing and typical work day for me start at 6 in the morning where I cover all admin queries relating credit, before I start with my core business an that is assessing financials, payslips, bank statements etc. to determine if and individual or corporate can afford repayment on a car loan, Overdraft, Commercial Property, Medium Term Loans.
Pros: Amazing People
Cons: Salary not compatitive

This company do not reward loyalty. Do not live by their brand “ lets get it done”
You are expected to do things out of your job spec and the moment you challenge them for make decisions based on emotions you are worked out of the company. The culture changed from a “famaly” to a culture where you do not dare challenge top management.
Pros: The only pros you have is the fact that you get to go to the bathroom.
Cons: Top Management is disconnected from the staff.

A positive environment with great staff to learn from.
We working crazy hours, but the staff are very supportive and helpful. I enjoy working with clients especially when they have a crisis and gives you attitude to put you under pressure and deliver good service. I see each and every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow. Every no is closer to a yes. With a positive can do attitude everything is possible. I never let obstacles to overcome my dreams and bright future.
Pros: Great opportunity for an inexperienced person.
Cons: Hours are crazy and there's no incentives.

Great step up in my career
Great work-life balance, a bottleneck is getting credit approved due to the size of the bank, Iv mastered the skill of selling. a typical day includes 70% being on the road, 30% cold calling on new clients, great coworkers.

Excellent in Customer Service
I work like to work with people who are open all the time e.g. friendly, term work. I work like to be open minded all the time so I can build my self a confident and learn more around me. To have fun to my colleagues, to build relationship with customers.
Pros: Work hard and get promotion at the end of the day

Good to learn forex products
Must have thick skin and a strong head over your shoulders , must be able to communicate well , , if you are a worker that minds long hours , stressful work , complex task , the business wont be good for you .... as a test Nalita wanti to go into automation there is no room or growth , everything needed is not taken in house but outsourced to get handed over in a later stage ... not good if workers want to grow with the product and share with the team . Only way to grow is to move out of the business unit completely
