It's an excellent learning curve- I have learned a lot.
What I have realized is that you make a company to be good for you by doing your work,be energetic, plan your work for the day. People have different characters but you need to accommodate everyone What I enjoyed most is finishing my work before time. Work challenge when one don't plan their day, Each day is different

Good next step in career, great opportunity to learn and determine what your future plans will be. The company has a good team environment and you get opportunity to learn from a lot of different aspects.

Curve mixed imotions
It's a company wherein your feelings rely on your career goals. Not a very good place for a person who eagerly wants to grow his career and it's a good place for a person who wants to relax and earn a salary.
Pros: You can switch positions from within the company
Cons: The company hardly offers employees education opportunities.

Great stepping stone for staff
You can not go wrong starting your career at Bidvest Bank, You get to learn all aspects off the foreign exchange industry as well as reporting to the Reserve Bank. There is no growth however within the company lost at times.
Pros: Great oppurtunity for Beginners

This company do not reward loyalty. Do not live by their brand “ lets get it done”
You are expected to do things out of your job spec and the moment you challenge them for make decisions based on emotions you are worked out of the company. The culture changed from a “famaly” to a culture where you do not dare challenge top management.
Pros: The only pros you have is the fact that you get to go to the bathroom.
Cons: Top Management is disconnected from the staff.

Chandons Day at work
The lay back vibe the company provides and people work with is really amazing and typical work day for me start at 6 in the morning where I cover all admin queries relating credit, before I start with my core business an that is assessing financials, payslips, bank statements etc. to determine if and individual or corporate can afford repayment on a car loan, Overdraft, Commercial Property, Medium Term Loans.
Pros: Amazing People
Cons: Salary not compatitive
