Im a team play person and deal with the challenges in the environments and have 10 years+ experience
A typical day for myself would be starting of with the morning checks on the server infrastructure, making sure there are no alerts on the systems and if there is fixing them and / or raising them with suppliers / other teams Keeping an eye on the calls and making sure all resources are dealing with the calls adequately Ive learnt alot working for my old company, from hardware (physical to virtual servers), exchange, active directory, backups, etc, I have experience with all technologies I also try and keep a good relationship wih all my co-workers / teams, this makes doing your work easier, we are all one big team essentially What I enjoy the most is fixing an issue that nobody could fix initially, it gives me a feel of accomplishment

Excellent learning curve
I was working in a team of 8 males since we had 3 projects to deliver in a period of 4 months with Angular and Api's it was very hectic since none of new the framework but as a team we worked effectively and we learnt so much between each other plus our seniors were always there for support. I enjoyed the daily stand ups and also the relaxed and comfortable vibe /culture they build also music in the rest room and chill areas.

Quick to adjust in a new environment.
We work mostly with retails store. Fixing CPU(POS). Troubleshooting much to get to the root of the problem. Mainly we help each other as colleagues. We call each other in daily basis to encourage and to find out if any ever got such and such issue or problem. The retail is the challenging stores to deal with when are store down. I learnt to be exact on what is an issue and also contact head office of the store first before I start to fix. So we can be in the same page of the problem am dealing with. Enjoy to be trusted by the customer, for that it shows you do a great job. When we don't have the spares in our workshop and you got to fix a problem that is on priority 1. That is a headache because you got to come up with great idea to leave store running.

Excellent learning curve
I’m Currently Under a one year program of becoming a data scientist at the Explore Data Science Academy Sponsored by BCX . We are currently at internship phase which come to an end at the end of November. I’m interning under The Foschini Group (TFG). Being under Explore Data Science Academy I was able to bag a few skills under my belts. these skills include SQL Python(Jupyter Notebook) Power BI Some of the other skills I have obtained is my knowledge for Microsoft Office. We Worked on Projects like trying to solve the Cape Town water crisis, learning to build Models Using linear regression to predict the RSA Stock Market and Natural Programming Language(NLP) to predict a person's personality. we worked in groups of 5 with each sprint.
