A day at BCX
At BCX we work hard but we also make this me for some fun. Our department is like a little family. My clients always comes first, they are the most challenging sometimes but challenges are what help us learn and grow.

I am hardworking who always dedicates himself to do my best to finish schedule of the day. I am done of A+,&N+. I am make sure i deliver my best to keep company standard up to date.

Excellent learning curve
I gained a lot of experience as a credit controller, account receivable, worked with different types of companies on a wide range of sectors, including public companies. Received experience working on SAP and Master Data Management.

Smart and problem solving
Am a boy who is willing to learn, and work with a team if I needs to. I also don't believe that there is something I can not do, if that thing is not breathing or have a brain like a human being.

We have a good work life balance and work on a range of interesting projects. Biggest drawback is that we are still learning how to operate better. Leadershipt changes have been good recently and inspires confidence

Learning curve
It has been a difficult journey since our company was taken over. I was placed on a role where no one was ableto provide me with the training and assistance I required. I have had to learn on my own. Which is a good thing for personally as I have realised I do have the ability to do anything I put my mind too.

I am a Technical Support Engineer, who is a skilled Desktop support agent
I am a punctual person, who is SLA driven. I work great within a group but works perfectly on my own too . I currently work for a great company which I am doing great in however I need to move on to get a more permanent role as everyone in the company is contract based.
Pros: Onsite working is the best since you get involved in plenty of fields even though I am a desktop engineer
Cons: Too short hours maybe getting more hours will be good
