Smart and problem solving
Am a boy who is willing to learn, and work with a team if I needs to. I also don't believe that there is something I can not do, if that thing is not breathing or have a brain like a human being.

it feels more like prison, we are very short staffed, employees leave and they are not replaced. management is confused. the company seems to be dissolving i have learned that my loyalty was taken for granted,we are deceived.

Learned and thought alot at the company was there for 20 years if the retrenchments wasent there i would still be there. A pitty telkom took them over

Great project work, career growth depends on individual.
Good environment can be stressful when P1 critical issues arise however with age comes experience and seniors step in to assist in resolving. The Bads : poor management skills and focus on employees career growth for studies etc..
Pros: Good People, positive vibe, always opportunities to grow and progress.
Cons: No courses or studies paid for by company and i would like to have degrees within I.T.

Exposure to new ways of Project Management
It is a very challenging environment where one have to manage tight deadlines and a workload / expectancy that changes every day with difficult clients. It is an environment where you have to hit the ground running, learn, make mistakes, get up where you fall down and deliver according to the project plan. Very important to always have your facts straight and are able respond to queries from the clients. In all, this can be summarized as a wonderful learning curve, where your learn how to master working under pressure.
Pros: Great opportunity to grow.

I am hard work, i work independently ,work under pressure
I have learned working as group we can achieve alot of things because we will help each other. Sometime it's hard to go to work because of a pressure but you must learn t work under pressure. I have learn that that some you must not give up so easily you stand what its right for the company. The most challenging aspect it's that when your boss break the law but you keep fighting that

Quick to adjust in a new environment.
We work mostly with retails store. Fixing CPU(POS). Troubleshooting much to get to the root of the problem. Mainly we help each other as colleagues. We call each other in daily basis to encourage and to find out if any ever got such and such issue or problem. The retail is the challenging stores to deal with when are store down. I learnt to be exact on what is an issue and also contact head office of the store first before I start to fix. So we can be in the same page of the problem am dealing with. Enjoy to be trusted by the customer, for that it shows you do a great job. When we don't have the spares in our workshop and you got to fix a problem that is on priority 1. That is a headache because you got to come up with great idea to leave store running.

The company does not subsidize medical aid and this is a huge frustration as medical insurance is a need .I also do NOT like the complacency of people that have worked there for a long t they are not willing to-share information when you SUPPOSED TO BE TRAINED.not willing to assist when you new.We are thrown in the deep end expected to float.
Pros: Good Executives
Cons: Micro Managing,no subsidy on medical insurance.
