Fantastic challenges and working with amazing people

I enjoy working at barloworld logistics. My co workers are passionate about their jobs and are a pleasure to work with. I enjoy the challenges. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn and develop. I am still on a learning curve there.

Pros: Great Co workers, work is challenging, fast pace environment
Cons: Prolonged late hours. My position is contract based

Fun, loving, carefree environment

A typical work day at the office, basically arrive at your desk and start working. Finance dept on 1 floor broken up in small depts. Easy to communicate with colleagues. A fun and vibey atmosphere which can become rather tense over month end

Pros: Fun, care free environment
Cons: Not really interactive with other depts due to floor lay out or structure of building

Tt ring duties included opening new accounts, running, and sending customer statements, updating cash forecasts, and following up on overdue. I also had to ensure the accuracy of maintenance of customer profiles, customer statements, and supporting documents, and solve any customers’ queries.
