General Learning experience

Our company is currently undergoing S189 but generally it is a good learning curve as it is a cross between Logistics and FMCG. Implementation of SOP to people who are used to doing things they way they were initially trained was a bit of a challenge to change the mind set of old people. What I learnt the most was the people management skill on how to deal with different people on different levels of skills. I enjoyed seeing to the end and success of a each project that I undertook. In just over two years converting a 'CC' to a company there was a lot to learn registering company processes through legislative bodies and getting the company to work like any normal company.

Pros: Great opportunity for Growth
Cons: Long hours and very tight deadline.

Excellent application issues analysis and problem solving skills

I am a 37 years old, African female based in Pietermaritzburg. I have been working for the Logistics and Supply chain industry for the past 10 years as a data analyst, data clerk and data manager. I have experience on data gathering, analysis, modelling, mining and reporting. I have worked well in various systems being the support custodian, reports creator and data quality custodian ensuring systems are updated with the most accurate data for the users. I have a very sound working experience with Microsoft Office and work very comfortably on Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. I am looking for a new challenge and career growth.
