Good learning experience

It was very good to work in my previous company as you getting an experience and knowledge, the working days were good, I had a good relationship with my co workers, I learned to work independently and as a team, the most thing I enjoy is to get the job correct and the most challenging aspects of the job was when you cannot make your work to be completed.

I'm a professional who has a lot of experience in the trade

The company has more than enough opportunity for one to grow . A lot of of opportunities for one to learn more and progress in life. Extra long hours was the only drag but the money was actually very good . A good work ethic and culture was built with the employees to promote comradeship.

I came to this company

This Company gave me a platform to showcase my talent,I became a supervisor,managing a team of fifteen workers who reported to me and we had a very good working relationship.

Pros: This company helps their company grow.
Cons: My line of work and my position I'm holding requires me to be the first person arrive and the last person to leave work.

Excellent learning curve

Enjoying what I do and love the experience

Working for this company is actually such a blessing, although it's just on contract, I've gained so much experience daily . I am passionate about what I do, so I really take my work seriously, and at this company I was able to show how passionate I am about my work. It is sad that the contract is coming to an end, but I believe that this is all part of my journey towards success.

Good learning experience particularly pressure parts inside the boiler

I would love to work for a company that focuses on improving fabrication and welding technology in terms of quality standards in line with international standards and my current employer does just that reviewing WPS and welders certs for specific tasks and updating QIP as per hold points and monitoring of all welding activities.

Cons: Working during holidays

Good learning experience

I was working as a quality control assistant trainee doing welding inspection in the boiler for 8 months and worked in mainstream for 3 months from July 2013 to June 2014. I also have worked as quality control assistant reviewing the data books for 2years from July 2015 to July 2017.

My company is a engineering company dealing and specializing with tower steel and is the number one company in Africa as a hole and is measured itself as high quality company

Oppotunity to join TUV

Prior to my 13year welding experience i have obtained my level1 with(TWI-CSWIP),I have also done my level 2 and do not have any fund to recieve my ressults or make payment.I have also achieved my level 2 Radiography Interpreter.,

Pros: I know working at TUV will enhance my Inspection experience and i can grow with the company.
Cons: Working long hours i will gain experience and make a good name for the company.
