Safety is is their priority They allow you to stop any unsafe tasks I found it easy for me to learn in the company as they allow you to improve your skills Their time plays an important role in their business.

Pros: You learn everything while you are on duty
Cons: No long working hours only shifts

Excellent sub-contractors compliance to health and safety was done

I managed h & S compliance at eskom for all subcontractors successfully,done monthly audit accordingly,I also did health and safety inductions for all eskom and sub contractors at camden power station.I attended eskom senior management meetings and giving reports and updates on h & S on site.I finaly reported to head officer of Eskom.

Pros: I used to work even when I was requested or when there is more work not for pay.
Cons: I normally worked more hours in order to complete work e g 7 am to 9 pm.

Good place for learning

To be here is great thing I enjoy in my life.the relationship to other workers is great it's like my farmily .what I learnt is to look after one another at work and respect the eviroment and to be more active to iso 9001 which is based on quality at large.what I enjoy to be at work is to learn and give the best and what is expected to me.the most challenging on welding it has lot challenges like repairs no one like those thing.

Pros: great chance to learn and to promote yourself to next levels
Cons: from 06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00
