Learning experience

I did reconciliation, daily costing, invoices, debit notes,credit notes,filing, petty cash, gear capturing, ptf's, consumable slips, journals, petrol allowances and telephone allowances. I worked with various types of people, with different characters. The most challenging things were trying to please my seniors.

I want learn and am hard worker like challenge.I hate to my customer stay long to wait equipment

AM qualified for mechanical fitter from 2015 now I have 3 years experience and 6 months.I was working as Fitter artisan at Petra diamond mine for 1 and 6 months to build mill plant i was tension conveyor belt and commissioning belt and plant.After I was working shutdown at BAlcock as a Fitter artisan

Pros: I want build my career and to put company to high level about Production because am hard worker and am working safely.Am working under pressure and I will work over time .

I am experienced in managing and assisting maintenance team. Doing fault finding on mechanical systems, managing maintenance budget, prioritizing maintenance work, minimising breakdowns and downtime, implementation and cooperating improvements.

Grown extensively in people's skills

It marks a big step in my development to realise that other people helps me to do a better job than I could alone. Working as a team, brainstorming with a team is refreshing. Peoples person skills helps keeping customers, maintain happy employee, change a condition that would jeopardise company long term objective. Working in a payroll is exciting, interaction with employees everyday, proven the fact that I was organised, detail oriented, follow through, also like having my piece of project alone. Working at the reception, exciting as well, calming disgruntled customers. I'm a strategic thinker, create strategies to turn around operations to run smoothly. Reward system on good performance is not clear, its calculated on the performance of the whole section.

I've learned a lot

Aĺl days are not the same like any other house and though i love working for this company , i want new challanges and self grouth. I have a good relationship with my co workers and we cope well with each other in the long hours that we work we get to teach one another new stuff everyday and that's how I've learned and got to become a welder.

Pros: The work here is good though it's not fulltime because we are working for labour brokers so no future is promissed
Cons: We wirk 12 hours each day depending on the business of that day
