I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the clients, finding out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, meeting with team for half hour to communicate the clients’ needs and organizing the team schedules around the client’s priorities. I do this on Monday so that the rest of the week is well organized and we can effectively use our team’s time in exceeding client’s expectations and avoid Friday evening surprises. updating the status with the client, answering emails and calls from our global teams. My role involves extensive management responsibilities and staying organized is not an option.

Good learning curve

Everyday is a new challenge. Alot of administration duties and responsibilities. Ensuring legal compliance through internal and external audits. Good risk assessment procedures in place

Excellence

I am a quilified boilermaker with 8 year's of working experience * 3 years as an Apprentice and 5 years as a quilified boilermaker ) I have a strong welding skills in argon, Co2, and arc welding. I am currently working for Babcock at Kusile power station on an ongoing contract but I am looking for a permanent or a fixed term contract job. I have my own transport and tool box. Thank you

Managering stuff and planning of work on daily basis and acting as an safety officer I completed my comsoc 1 and 2 as a safety officer now I need to register my diploma in safety

Good company to learn job

Is a good company and it pays good and it's safety standard is very high. Good working hours and every one is brothers keeper we watch after each other. I start there at Babcock as an assistant but now I have gain some other skill. I injoyed working there at powerstation with Babcock. But no time to play there job must be done in time you must know to work under pressure

Pros: Good pay at the end of the day and safety is their priority
Cons: During shutdown work they don't give enough time to rest such things can result in a injury of the workers
