My everyday at work consists of shifts handovers, daily routine inspections( electrical and mechanical), condition base monitoring, and faultfinding both electrical and mechanical and minimizing delays. I have a good relationship with my senior and production team guys as we both have to run the plant with least delays and productively. I have good leadership skills as I do sometimes lead in some projects and solving problems. I enjoy working in teams and having to attend to new or challenging problems. The most challenging aspects is working under pressure and delivering the very best service one can offer at difficult situations.

Big Company , Great all round experience.
Job Description is as follows. • Projects 50% • Reliability 25% • Maintenance 20% • Safety 5% Typical Day Includes, Daily inspections, Zone meetings, Project Management and Procurement, RCA's , Maintenance Plan Reviews, Design and Assemble and on site supervision. I've learned a lot of skills including • Project Management • Maintenance management • Root Cause Analysis • Reliability Engineering • Equipment Maintenance • CAD • Design • Communication Skills • SAP • Inventor • MS Projects • Attention to Detail • MatLab • Product Development • Cost Estimating Project management, fault finding and design are my favorite categories at work. Challenges of work includes tight timelines , targets and evaluations every 6 months

Qualified Electrician with team leading spirit. Willing to share ideas with team mates. Want to study further and to improve my skills in engineering. Prepared to learn and to grow within your organisation. Always taking my job serious and good and time keeper. Performing cable joints and transformers Maintenance and switching on the electrical distribution. Training on new artisan and making new friendship that i can know my team mates strengths and weaknesses so that we can help each other to achieve our goals.

Excellent learning curve

Excellent experience
Best place to start ones career, excellent training and experience gathering environment with vast variety of equipment that is in constant need of attention. Contstant opportunities for very challenging projects, privilege of working under very strategic string of management. But workforce and company culture is too set in its ways and does not encourage enthusiasm and innovation in dealing with projects.majority of workforce is too complacent and that's challenging for a dynamic project technician

Good in working with my hands
I can work individually and iam. Also capable of working with a team, the experience and knowledge that i have acquired at arcelormittal mittal i think is good enough to allow to work on any industry, iam also willing to learn other mechanical stuff since mechanical is too broad. Safety wise i think im also good when it comes to saftey i wont be a victim of lti or fatality, i can handle pressure when it comes to breakdowns and shutdowns.
Pros: Solving mechanical problems and studying further part time tobecome their mechanical technician
Cons: Bad treatment of employees such as racism

Maintenance Superintendent
Maintenance, repairs , servicing of plant machinery, I regard myself as a team player. I have learned to work with diverse people. I enjoy meeting deadlines and milestones within my area of responsibility. Challenge is dealling with people's emotions. Regards Pule
Pros: Working with diversified group of individuals and also learning from one another.
Cons: I have worked long hours and do not have a problem with that.
