High demand job where dedicated quality work is expected, a lot of interaction between work colleagues as well as between different departments. The most challenging aspect of the job is to achieve high savings and to be up to date with all aspects of each order that falls within my responsibility.A lot of my work is spent ensuring that contractors are meeting their contractual obligations.

It's a great exposure for starters
Working at this big company is amazing, u get to learn everyday. For myself as I have been working with the maintenance support team, I have been to almost all the plants we have and it has been an amazing experience.

Great learnings opportunity. Overall great team. Managers are willing to help. It's like a family environment. We look out for each other. I wasnt limited in the things I wanted to do. I really enjoy working for the organisation

Excelent company
A great company to learn and to start off with. Great learning curve. Busy days and nights. Relationship with co workers are in good order. I have learnt that there are problems and faults that you can easily overthink or under rate. Enjoy all aspects of my career. Part of being senior on the plant is to be responsible for the other millwrights and what they do and dont do during working hours.

Excellent learning experience
It's a great place to work for and the It's a great place to start your internship. Get a lot of exposure and experience. My co-workers are very friendly and helpful. The downside is that we don't get to go out for training which limits us when it comes to promotions are friendly and understanding and very helpful

Well I've learned that working with people you have to give each other chances to give out options on work related matters and I've learnt to be understanding at that
Pros: Always be on time , do maintenance on time and keep record of the work you have done on job cards

Product development role
My day starts with production review meetings. Plant issues related to machines are submitted or expressed in that meeting Plant visit for the technical evaluation of the issues in the plant Modify designs for better performance. Modifications are done using inventor professional and the manufacturing process happens internally At times new products are requested by customers and I would as a specialist designer develop that product from concept phase until the he final product. These would be handled as projects

Excellent learning
Amsa is a great organisation to learn in. The wide variety helps groom a person to perform.. The process us is one that is integrated and hence to importance if reliability is important.
