Growth on the field of Information and Communication Technology

Enjoy working with people .Although being at the centre of things people expect that their ICT problems must be resolved as simple as ABC. I appreciate a lot of learning before executing task. Interested in new technology and willing to learn when I am given an opportunity. What I enjoy the most is repeated staff in terms of the system I am working on such includes managing data on the database. The most important think I have learn in my company is that it is important to build working relationship with fellow workers which are what makes a great team.

Excellent learning curve

Westart ad with operations meeting looking at what happened on the previous day and solve urgent problems that needs technical intervention. SStart a day with operations meeting. Solve technical problems. Visit plants and talk to operators about their challenges. Concentrate on my projects. balance technical skills and peoples skills. Seing my projects being implemented successfully and yielded desired outcome was overwhelming to me. Challenges we did not have maintenance reporting directly to our plant manager and sometimes it take longer to solve problems.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn
Cons: Frequent standby due to shortage of people

I gained lot of experience on both mechanical and electrical field.

I work 8 hours a day with very good artisans and operators in my section. These guys are patient when they are explaining work procedures for certain tasks we work so well together.i enjoy doing motor testing especially in the plant. The most challenging aspect of this job is when we work on very hot n dity confined spaces. My lesson was that if u love life love safety so in everything safety comes first..

Pros: You are exposed to practical experience the real engineering machines and systems. As a Millwright you are more likely to be a superintendent
Cons: Overtime and standby duties will always be part of a Millwright personnel
