Excellent learning curve
A typical workday consist of proper planning and organizing to be as productive as possible. I value relationships, and therefore i have trust built and open relationships with my colleagues, i have knowledge of HR and Training related legislation and provide guidance where required. I have learnt that experience is important, you may be able to study but you have to be able to apply the learning in the workplace. The best part of my job is when I completed a job or task and i can see how it added value to the department/company.

Excellent learning curve, dynamic environment.
I did all my daily jobs in cooperation with all the mining departments. I had a very good interaction and relationship with all the mining departments and stakeholders. I have learnt leadership and most importantly communication skills and that has helped me a great deal in achieving the best outcomes. I enjoy solving problems especially where there are issues pertaining a mining sequence or there is no plan of achieving a certain mining target. The most challenging part in the job was to multitask when there was a life of mine that was expected of us and had to combine it with my daily work it was the most challenging part of the year.

I’m a self-motivated, loyal and dedicated person (that) maintains a high quality of work standard.
Overall I LOVE my work. I Love system work. I love work and see the results of my efforts that I put in for the guys/girls. No better satisfaction at the end of the day after days work, knowing you've made a difference in there workload and life.

To come up everyday with new learning strategy's how to my job correctly.
I go underground everyday and teach my learners to become miners by exposing them to theoretical training and practical training in different areas of mining and feel good about it.I have a good relationship with my co-workers and someday's their are challenges where we have to sort out problems with training material.My biggest learning is everyday me myself is still learning new experiences day to day.It gives me great joy when a learner is obtaining his blasting certificate at the end of the day after all hard work that is been thought to them.My most challenging aspect is when how to be initiative to create new idea's for how to teach learners the proper way.
