Great learning opportunites
anglogold ashanti its a great company to work for, it has developed me in terms of training and exposure to new section such as supervision, preparation quality standard, acting quality personnel, and funding me since i am busy with my b tech. i have made a great friendship with the staff and management they are have friendly torwards me since i have developed a good relationship with them. the challenging issue we are facinh noe is thr section 189 which hinders our development as employees and minimizing a chance to be promoted.

Excellent learning curve
A typical workday consist of proper planning and organizing to be as productive as possible. I value relationships, and therefore i have trust built and open relationships with my colleagues, i have knowledge of HR and Training related legislation and provide guidance where required. I have learnt that experience is important, you may be able to study but you have to be able to apply the learning in the workplace. The best part of my job is when I completed a job or task and i can see how it added value to the department/company.

Good learning and experience.
Working in the mining industry was a great experience for me and my skills and knowledge of the industry made me very proud. Working with different people and adapt easily to different kinds of environment and shifts thought me a lot. I really like the engineering jobs because they are challenging a lot. Challenging and situations and also difficulties in the Job really made the person that i am today.

Dynamic, challenging environment
Good place to work and build lasting relationships. The environment for the technology side is dynamic and challenging, often pushing you to your limits or beyond. You are recognized for your successes but also reprimanded for your failures, according the the circumstances.

Not looking to be a looser always put the safety as the first priority.
Induct those they are from holiday there after let them to do practicals according to their skills. For the third day assess them by writing test according to their jobs. My relationship start becoming good once let them do things practically no one fail when they are writing test. Always receive different people whereby they will need good approach show them your experience. There's time when you let them share ideas thats enjoying time. As you must make sure you communicate with Human Resources Department cause some of the people will need you to do follow up on them otherwise they will not attend Induction.

Amazing learning opportinity
Involved in doing journals, service entries, reconciling accounts, updating the petty cash file. I have a fine relationship with my co-workers, always willing to teach me more and make me employable as much as possible. I have learned a lot, working with a team, working under pressure, as well as learn to be grateful. I enjoy learning new things. the most challenging aspect is not being given anything to do for the whole day.

Salary is satisfactory
Salary is satisfactory but it can become difficult leaving because other companies might not be able to meet salary expectations. progressing because people hold on to their jobs

Good experience I gained at Anglo gold
Had a good exposure with this company because they putted on the spot by giving me well training programme,aligning me with the process.the work load and responsilibity gave me the potential to handle pressure.communicate has improved because I was acting for management position.so am ready to face challenges of the other industry or company.
