Excellent learning opportunities
I process funding applications of Non Profit Organizations. I communicate with external stakeholders to organize events. I tell stakeholders about the projects and procedures of the company. I file applications and financial documents.

Not looking to be a looser always put the safety as the first priority.
Induct those they are from holiday there after let them to do practicals according to their skills. For the third day assess them by writing test according to their jobs. My relationship start becoming good once let them do things practically no one fail when they are writing test. Always receive different people whereby they will need good approach show them your experience. There's time when you let them share ideas thats enjoying time. As you must make sure you communicate with Human Resources Department cause some of the people will need you to do follow up on them otherwise they will not attend Induction.

Excellent learning and professional experience
Planning one's daily duties is highly important even though this work comes with different challenges on daily basis. It involves challenges that need proactive and quick decisions. At some stage you end up making unfavourable decision's. It's an environment with constant change. The organisation invests in people development in different ways and at all levels. With the team it is part of family in which we accommodate each other and appreciate constructive criticism.

Responsible for the Training of Learners according to Seta requirements
I currently work as a Training and Development Officer started June 2005 up to present date at AngloGold Ashanti’s Engineering Training Centre. Apart from being a Qualified Motor, Diesel and Earth Moving Mechanic, and being multi skilled in Fitting, Boiler making, Electrical and Rigging, I am also a registered Assessor and Moderator and hold the Higher Certificate in OD ETDP (TTD) NQF 5. I also completed my National Diploma in OD ETDP (TMD) NQF 5/6.. I also hold qualifications in Quality Management, ISO, and Professional Train the Trainer. These qualifications are detailed in the attached resume. All the Certificates of the above-mentioned courses are available on request, to minimize the size of this e-mail. Previously I worked for Terex Africa as Training Manager, therefore I was responsible for the Training and development of all Terex Africa employees. I was also responsible for the Training budget.

At work you don't have to be arrogant as if you know everything.
I am a hard working person who always a good relationship with other workers.At times at work some days can be hectic caused by lack of spares needed in time to be able to fix the breakdowns.I learned that in days like that I have to have a good relationship with other workers so that in a crisis like that they can be able assist me with some spares.I learned that each and every job we do we must promote safety so that the production and profits of a company can be high.I like challenges at work cause they can open my ability of thinking and make me strong,like being given lot of instructions per day.
Pros: I 'll like to see myself as one of the best mechanical specialist in your company.
Cons: I don't have a problem working long hours provided the spares is there.

I have been on a lot of short term contracts on our African site(Tanzania,Ghana,Mali and Guinea)
On a daily basis I work on analyzing our data in the system to ensure that it’s inline with our policies and also advise the team at site if there is anything that they doing good or not doing . I also engage a lot with the Engineering and maintenance team as our main function is to give them 100 % service at all times and to see how we can improve our service offering to them on a continuous basis. Working with a very diverse team has taught me a lot in terms of giving respect to all members either at head office or at site. This has also taught me to understand how we operate differently based on our cultural beliefs. I enjoying interacting with all levels of management down to the junior staff members as that always ensures that there’s alignment in what has to be done at all times. Most challenging part is to always try to please everyone as I believe that we should always put the company first in all what we do

Cons: Not being supported by management in every solutions that I bring up to the table without proper reasoning

There ia no growth were I work
Rhere is no correspondence between my hard work and salary hence growth and development is slow.I work long hours,in uncomfortable working enviroment were there is lack of spares and assistance.
