I have learned who I am as a team dynamic person, I work well individually and I can excel in groups as well, we are a dynamic team and work very good together. I have had different exposures to nice areas within SHEQ and bad areas which includes fatalities. At the end it made my knowledge base very good .

A hard worker till the End
I am currently an intern at AngloGold Ashanti under human resources and with this internship I have gained more experience on all the administration duties, data capturing on different data systems and being a personal assistant. I have communication skills, computer literate, i grow up in Buckingham farm near Ventersdorp, have research skills, studied medical sociology which deals with health organisations relations and I am a hard worker who can preform well in a group or individually and without supervision.
Pros: I am a hard worker, have time management, work without supervision,
Cons: I am a perfectionist and i like a team of hard working people around me.

Electrical work
I am hard working especially electrical work eg faul finding, distribution boards, wiring panels or circuits basic in intsrumation, basics in lift equipment etc..my first value at work is safety . for my self and cor workers.

Excellent learning curve
A typical workday consist of proper planning and organizing to be as productive as possible. I value relationships, and therefore i have trust built and open relationships with my colleagues, i have knowledge of HR and Training related legislation and provide guidance where required. I have learnt that experience is important, you may be able to study but you have to be able to apply the learning in the workplace. The best part of my job is when I completed a job or task and i can see how it added value to the department/company.

Im someone you can rely on.it have strong communication skills.
I'm 42 years old holding bookkeeping Diploma. I have knowledge and experience in payroll and human resources environment. I strongly value and understand the importance of honesty and integrity not only in the work place but in all aspects of life.
Pros: I is would like to have an better understanding of teng industry.I really like to work with people. I'don't like to be in some type of managerial re at your company, where I can use myour people skills and industry knowledge to benefit the people working with me.

Conflict management
I worked in an environment, where I get more exposure on different things,. I become to experience how it is like to be an HR Officer as I tend to act in a higher position. Work relationship, I have a good relationship with my collegue but at first I had to take a stand as she tends to kind of bully me and be rude, but I had to express how I feel about that and she continues with that behavior and I decided to report to my supervisor and explain. But now our work relationship is good as we put our differences aside and focus on common goal to contribute positively in this company.

New challenges
My typical involves doing my day to day activities and always being on standby should there be anything ad-hoc requiring me. My relationship with my co-workers is a professional one set on mutual respect because I don't befriend my fellow workers but I don't treat them as strangers either. I have learnt humility and resilience among other things that I have been here. I enjoy working people, encouraging and motivating them to be better and playing a pivotal role in people's self development too. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with uncooperative individuals.
