Great experience
had a very good experience workin for them. The environment was diverse and everyone was allowed to be them selves in every way. There was no dress code so people would also express them selves freely with how they dress.

Vibrant work environment
Very vibrant and inviting work environment. Great company values. The company comprises of mostly young people who are eager to serve customers as company culture dictates. Team work as well autonomy are encourage. Putting a smile on the customer's face is the order of business.

Excellent project management learning
I am working well with people from various cultural backgrounds. I do work shifts and we are required to work weekends as well. I enjoy developing my team, teaching them to believe in themselves and to step out of their comfort Zone. The challenging part of my job is being available to support your team and meeting at the same time the deadline set by the business with regards to various topics. Throughout my journey at Amazon, I have developed my strategic thinking and my project management skills. I am getting along nicely with my team and peers at work.

Amazon experience
I enjoyed assisting customer via live communications. Also enjoyed when we happened to solve their problem regards where their package might be. My typical day at Amazon would be to check my equipment such as my microphone and head phone's. Logging on on time. The first call will come through usually as soon as the shift starts. We had to deal with customers via live chats as well as emails and calls simultaneously. I worked in the business department which means we worked with businesses who ordered items off Amazon. We would assist with online shopping if they had a problem we will help whether it be a promo that did not work or trying to assist them in finding an item. We also did problem solving and tracking of items which we were able to locate where it was left last.

Neat and tidy. Punctual, professional and ethical behavior. Ability to meet deadlines.
The work days consist of constant phone calls but the ability to deal with customer issues and solve them in a timely manner as well as satisfy the customer's needs. Relationships are built on mutual trust, respect and the ability to understand one another and communicate effectively. I have learnt to deal with high call volumes. To diffuse a volatile situation. Troubleshoot solutions to problems. The ability to see different issues in a work place and influence them to make the surrounding better not only for myself but other involved. The ability to solve problems outside of my specifications or dedicated area, although managing to solve the problems.

Working at Amazon was a great experience. The team i worked with wad united and we worked together to reach the team targets. I enjoyed the the challenges we had to face every day.

The growth opportunity in the company is very low, they have great benefits but not exactly where you need to be. I would like something more challenging and where you can grow as an individual

Great
It was fun working for Amazon. The environment was great, the culture and the people as well. I enjoyed Wednesdays a lot, you'd get free fruits and everyday, you'll get popcorn. I've learned to be independent, and took each day as day one. You learn new things everyday.
Pros: You have to be more than a year working for the company, in order to get a promotion.

Typical work day
typical work day would include going through a ticketing sytem and making sure all old tickets are attended to and updated, we hve meetings onece a week and its basically to motivate us,
