Excellent learning curves
Good company but long hours and difficult to get a decent shift. Moving up in the company is a very long process to follow through on. You can not apply and just get an interview you need to speak to your manager first and all of that.

Excellent learning curve
i had a great time working for the company. the staff along with the management are great. i found it easy to communicate with my superior and that he was easy to approach and always available to the team.

Cons: what i found the hardest working for the company was working nights. i have worked nughts before but i always had to be at the premises. with this job i was working from home and i was alone. this for me was my biggest challenge.

It was an excellent learning curve, it taught me a lot about the call centre environment.
Working for such a great and auspicious company, they provided us with fantastic benefits such as medical aid and provident fund. It was also really nice to work at a place where they had a awesome canteen and relax area. Working long hours can really mentally drain a person and having those incentives was just wonderful. I learned so much working there, as this was my first call centre job. They knew that I came from a retail environment and therefore offered me very good support. I reaaly have no complaints about this company at all. It was just unfortunate that my 12 month contract had ended and had to leave.
Pros: People are so friendly and management offered great support to staff.
Cons: 11 hour shift was very painful. Working Sunday's was not nice at all.

Very fast paced environment, stressful and extremely exhausting
As a virtual consultant you are most likely to answer over 75 to 100 whilst on your shift. The manager differ based on teams allocation some are lovely to work with , others a complete nightmare because they do not care much about you as an individual or as an employee. It is a very stressful environment you will sleep in and out of depression considering that not much assistance is given t

Great Salaries
This company is a great company to work for. The management seems to be vague about most policies and HR seems to function as though they are based in the United States

No room for growth
No growth, long reviews. Great start off as entry level job. Growth is minimal. Long hours not worth the salary. A typical day is long and tedious. However it is a great opportunity for students and when you are desperate for a job. The environment is very professional so it prepares you for the corporate world. They have nice transport perks for staff and nice gradual salary increase until 3 years.
