I am currently looking for new opportunities and a completely different industry.
I am a loyal and hard working person. I love meeting different people and am eager to take on projects and learn more about the business. I can get along with anyone and I work well within a team and independently. Working within the customer service industry and allowed me the opportunity to learn a great deal of the copirate world. Shifts has always been a requirement and I have been working shifts since I finished school. I am a organized person and like planning and structuring my life. Great expriance
I really enjoyed working at amazon , it has really taught me alot about myself , customers and the importance of a company. I have learned how to think fast and solve problems using the tools that the company provides us with , to be able to do within the policy of the company. I really had a good experience at Amazon and I enjoyed each and every time while I was there,I enjoyed with working with new people that I met at the company , we assisted each other , if one had a problem we assisted each other. Now I'm applying for this position because I feel like I'm ready to embark a new path and gain a different experience with a different company. I have worked with computers for more than 12 years now I'm not saying I'm an IT expert however I'm very familiar with the working with computers. Even at Amazon I was working on a computer assisting customers with whatever issue online while I have them on a call. I believe that I will prosper an the company in this position.

Work platform which grew me extraordinary
Amazon is a great company and has an impressive atmosphere to work in. Group manager's would often stick the floor for lunch for our hard work and everyone is friendly to one another. We all work as a team and often have potlucks(Team buildings). I have learnt a lot in the company and also learnt the company a few things too, such as new ways to solve problems and quicker ways as well. I help and set the targets for the team and I am the POC when it comes to things people to not know. I helped with meetings and explaining and teaching new hires when they join the company. I mostly enjoy helping and grooming others and I have a great passion for it as well which makes me do it to the best of my ability. I do not really face any new challenges except for new devices and products basically new things being introduced.

Excellent learning curve
What i have learnt is how to deal and adapt with change on a daily basis. I see myself as an easy-going person which makes me flexible in order to work individually as well as in a team. I feel that i have excellent customer service skills and feel confident communicating with all levels of people.

Great learning curve, learned many skills.
Amazon was an amazing company to work for. While working extremely hard and learning many skills there were many opportunities to have fun. The culture was great and their they had an annual family day, the last I attended, Amazon granted each employee four tickets to Ratanga Junction in Cape Town, as well as gave each person coupons for beverages. Besides all the great perks, Amazon offered transport to staff as well. They had performance bonuses every three months too. The staff were always friendly and grew quite close. My writing and verbal skills, as well as my composition skills improved immensely. The most challenging thing I would say is keeping composure while responding to customers on different platforms, in my position I used telephonic, email and chat services.

Learning curves
hecticly stressed, management sometimes so unhelpful great, mostly we get along fine Uk base contact which i haven t done before interacting and taking ownership technical issues that is out of my control

Amazon is a good company, but I'm looking for growth
I love working with customers on a daily basis but I would love to grow even more, I am looking for a full time career. So if there are any good companies that's looking for a dedicated hard worker. I can reassure you that I'm the best candidate for the job.

Excellent Learning Curve
I come in and start working at 5pm. Working day consist of Telephone enquiries, attending to about 30-50 calls for the day. Mostly troubleshooting devices that aren't working and fixing these issues. Have a great relationship with my co-workers even if I am their senior by about 25 years on average. I learnt that each day is day 1 as everyday feels like you starting anew at the Company. I also learnt that age is but a number and that I can still learn from younger people. I enjoy most the fact that each call is different and the vibrant energy in the Call Centre. To deal with Customers who feel that we cannot speak their language and although you understand perfectly well what they are saying, they prefer speaking to their native tongue Associates
