A peoples person

The working environment is great . my colleagues are great to work with. i enjoy the different aspects of work one gets exposed to in the aviation industry.

Unstable environment

The environment is semi public and semi private. It has a great employee scheme and culture. Most of the people here are professionals and have been with the company for many years. The company is prone to restructuring.

Excellent company to work for

Top employer indeed - amazing company to work for and great leadership. Policies and delegation of authority clearly outlined and an enabler as opposed to ot being a stumbling block as in other state owned companies.

I am looking for new opportunities, challenges and growth.

I am a team player and get along with everyone at work. I have learnt to be patient, understanding, very accommodating, listen and to be emotional intelligence. I enjoy being able to practice self-ma agent, proactive and learning from others. The most challenging thing is to ensure that risk registers are submitted on time and the data is reliable.

Amazing learning experience with a lot of passengers

I feel the airport is great place to learn to work under pressure and also learn how to solve passenger queries.this has helped a lot in terms of wanting to get more information and also know the operations of airlines in order to give precise information and also solve problems effectively and efficiently. The colleagues are very supportive and energetic because dealing with things like medical emergencies you need to work hand in hand with colleagues and stakeholders and so being I've never had to struggle.

I enjoy working at this company and it has thought me a lot about supply chain

IT is a very free spirited environment, friendly. I work with most humble individuals at work. I have learned a lot about purchasing and compliance, including enterprise development and supplier development within the organisation. the most challenging part was always to constantly learn new legislation and the procedure manuals would always change.

Pros: its a very learning curve, since the policies and porcedures of the company are always changing
Cons: Not updating procedure manuals in time

Excellent learning curve

I believe in a relationship that I can do this to myself and you will have a good thing about these things to take on my life like that but now you are in the same place where you come back here at work yet I don't have a problem solving the problems you are in the past and you will not have a good relationship to the loo and I have learnt to be in the middle and you will have a lot more

Understanding customers and honest is very crucial

ii work Working with passengers online, taking queries and respond to them. My team is very small, we do get along in so many ways, I call at any time for any assistance. I have learned that it is very vital to understand each employee's strengths and weaknesses. I enjoy sitting together and talk about life and business. The most challenging aspect of my job is to manage passengers'/customers expectations. i

I'm a fast learner and can work under pressure

I have good communication skills and computer literate. I am a people's person and a hard worker and always aim at doing my best to achieve my goals. I am willing to learn everything I can when taking up a new challenge. I work directly with different characters of people so I have customer service experience. I am a shift worker but I would like to change that when given a chance.

Pros: It's a large working environment and I'm dealing with different characters of people.
