Ample opportunities to further studies

working at the company has its own perks. like one could further their studies, collaborate with other divisions or even international companies or funders. However, when it comes to employee wellbeing or compensation it seems to fall short, especially since it uses the "cost to company" salary scheme. There are no bonuses or thirteenth cheque perks, technicians are under compensated when compared to those in support (admin, facilities)

Pros: Great opportunities for collaborative work
Cons: Minimal chances for promotions

Great opportunity to learn basis of HR

I love working for my Organisation, there's a new thing to learn daily even though some part of the work is routine. if I could I would stay till retirement, however the salary progression is very slow and also there's limited opportunity for promotion or Senior level positions.

Pros: Allowed to upskill yourself always
Cons: No recognition for doing going extra mile
