I love working at my my company as I studied my cause through them and I've gained experience from working here since 2009. I've always wanted to explore pharmaceutical because I'm saving life's of many people.

Most challenging job and an exciting environment
Typical work day: Release as many good quality products and batches to the market as scheduled. Team leadership: Developed a team that is self-managing on a daily basis. Lessons learned: The team can make you proud if you share the same objectives, otherwise the team can break you if you don't pull together in one direction. Innovation: The new ideas that the team members contribute monthly to strengthen the team and improve team work. Meeting deadlines and achieving targets: This the most challenging aspects of my job as you need to make realistic decisions in order to adhere to daily plans.

Good communication skills,problem solving,technical support skills
i have learned alot from this company,working with friendly ready to give out what they have,working on the helpdesk was really awesome ,having to see clients happy at the end of the day was really refreshing.

Alternative experence
Distribution division has an immature culture towards Quality and Pharmaceutical responsibility. This require assertive effort. Communication channels are not clear and decisive . Support Systems such as IT and HR are inexperience and unhelpful.

Great start at a big company
working with different people from different backgrounds we provide important service to the country and the people of south Africa the job can be difficult it that we work long and ensuring stock is available for the production of stock

Unemployed , I was retrenched at previous job. Worked at adcock on contract . I'm professional, hard worker. Loyal. Get on amazingly with people. Perfectionist in all I do .

Large amount of opportunity to demonstrate what you can offer to the company.
A truly amazing company and an even better team. The leadership is strong and supportive. As it is an older facility, there are always opportunities to come up with creative and cost-effective ways to improve processes.

Fast paced production
Working at Adcock Ingram requires one to be able to work under pressure, have good interpersonal skills as you deal with people from different departments on a daily basis. Deadlines change frequently depending on the demands from the medical sector. Able to perform in this areas retail,distribution,manufacturing
Team worker, punctual, Assertive, Working without supervision I prioritise tasks, problem solver. I am hard working and great team player and I am always up for challenge and perform to my high level on task given to me. I work well under pressure, my only challenge is working shifts, preferably morning shift will do. I work well without any supervision.
Pros: growth is slighlty available
Cons: my challenge working the late nite shifts, i would prefer morning since i have a toddler
