Excellent opportunity

Working at Adcock is a very pleasant experience, collegues are teamplayers and management is very supportive, A typical workday is very balanced with some practises easy to manage and others have challenges, Gaining access into busy practises has become better over time, as key is to gain access. I work exceptionally well with my team members and that creates positive energy in the work place, over the years I have learnt passion, resilience and above all how to succeed. I enjoy the challenges of the pharmaceutical environment. I think the challenges in the industry is in the endless prices concerns and inflation there of.

Pros: Very supportive,
Cons: Unnessasary admin, Reactive in nature not proactive

Excellent learning curve

I worked hard with my fellow team of industrial engineers as interns together with our mentor. We developed SOPs for the whole plant at clayville brunch in three months. I also participated in optimization of line 11 and 12 were I was working shifts and overtime voluntarily. I enjoyed working with cooperative team and given the opportunity to exercise my skills. I am capable of working all shifts given enough time to rest. I am now looking for a position of industrial engineering where I can learn and improve the processes. I am looking for a challenging duty to grow technically and intellectually.

Pros: Opportunity for growth and promotions
Cons: Punctuality and volunteering to help.
