it is very challenging to work with different people in an working environment I have to tolerate people issue and understand there complain so that I can take them to the head of manufacturing .I have a strong good relationship with the employees I work with I enjoy working with different people and I understsnd people demands I feel good with I help employees with there work .the most challenging part is most of people have unnecessary demands and people will be very rude and expect you to understand

Awesome Brands, Great development

Adcock Ingram Consumer division is well known for household brands like Panado, Compral, Bioplus, Viral Guard, Gyna Guard and Cepacol. It is a great honour to represent these brands in the Retail Pharmacy market where there is still brand loyalty towards these great products. Adcock Ingram Consumer division has a very corporate structure and do not allow flexibility with available technology. The business continues to acquire new business which allows for Career growth. People development and succession planning is a focus for the business. The people in the business are generally positive and motivated and also very competitive, even internally. It is a great company to work for.

Dear hiring manager I am very interested in this position and I believe I will produce outstanding results, because I have got 3 years working experience from Coca-Cola Beverage South Africa as a warehouse operator which includes stock movement, receiving and dispatching and picking. And I have 2 Months work experience from ADCOCK INGRAM as a Receiving which includes receiving stock from International and National and updating the stock in the system and movement of the stock around WAREHOUSE. Healthy working environment,Good Relationship with coworkers

Experienced logistics professional looking to progress into supervisory role. Five months of experience working in warehousing and logistics, along with strong knowledge of key business principles. Often looked to as a leader by co-workers. Work history and educational background have helped in developing an excellent understanding all of the aspects of supply warehouse management, including safety and reporting requirements. Recognized by managers, colleagues and others in authority positions as one who would be an effective team leader.

No potential growth

I am currently working at Adcock Ingram as a Production Fitter. I have worked on numerous types of filling and packaging machines, whereby I am responsible for the maintenance and repairs as well as the change overs. I also worked on the manufacturing side, whereby I am responsible for the maintenance and repairs.

Pros: Only 2 shifts
Cons: No room for growth

Most challenging job and an exciting environment

Typical work day: Release as many good quality products and batches to the market as scheduled. Team leadership: Developed a team that is self-managing on a daily basis. Lessons learned: The team can make you proud if you share the same objectives, otherwise the team can break you if you don't pull together in one direction. Innovation: The new ideas that the team members contribute monthly to strengthen the team and improve team work. Meeting deadlines and achieving targets: This the most challenging aspects of my job as you need to make realistic decisions in order to adhere to daily plans.
