I still want to learn new thing that I could learn at my current employer .the environment is good

I coordinate and support all TALs & HOD daily, I also have projects I lead.
I coordinate and support all Therapeutic Area Leads as well as the head of Marketing daily, I also have projects I lead with our agencies. I so far learnt to work with different personalities, presentation skills, the anatomy. I also got the opportunity to complete a short course with wits digital- based in digital marketing. I enjoy working with everyone more especially reporting to the brand managers and taking care of big projects- there’s nothing that excites me like seeing my project complete and successful. The most challenging aspect is having to convince someone who does not see your vision to understand it, but I always win them.

Good learning curve
Drive to first call. See at least 8 doctors. Being punctual and keeping your word is imperative. To gain access to certain practises, I rely on co workers and we assist each other. I enjoy the interaction with various people and i love the challenge that my job offers by being on your toes and staying abreast

Excellent learning curve
Team work work is very important is very importanworking as a team make things to be smooth and reach targets easily. Time management is very important for the company. t team I enjoy working because you learn a lot and different things. Being an analyst is not challenging that much when you know what what you are doing and meeting deadline.

Excellent learning experience
The office environment was good for growth the office environment was good for growth and building ones self confidence, my skills and experience improved and my communication experience improved because of the patience that my colleagues had given me, the place was very warm and welcoming building ones self confidence

The company I'm working for it's such a great and one of the biggest companies in south Africa. It's good if you work or starggghhb straight from varsity cause they teaches you how to be independent on taking responsibility on your work
