I am willing to start from the bottom and grow in the organisation.
I have just resigned from Toyota SA Processing in Durban and lo I have 15 years in the quality Specialist positions. I have experience in auditing/inspection and testing/Training/root cause analysis.oking for better prospects.
Pros: Tracibility and inspection controls are tight.

Great learning experience
I would be prospecting for leads then from day to day I sit and qualify the leads and start the closing process, working in a team that tires everything together e.g (example) after getting the application I send to business manager to send to banks while the reconditioning guys get the car ready for delivery. I have learnt so much in the company Toyota how to make the deal or the buying process memorable. I enjoyed building relationships and maintaining them. Most of the challenges are the turn around time of applications that I submit is not quick enough which costs me alot of business..

The company was well organized, had a good clientele. It had several different departments so there was room for growth. The company is quite big and does really well . Customers come from far just to have their vehicles serviced

Excellent learning curve
The relationship with Co workers is great, Im apply my experience easily with the support I get from Management. A typical work in daily basis is to communicate effectively with customers, diagnose a problem on the vehicles tyres, align the wheels and balance it. Test drive the car for safety reasons before the client could drive it with the owners acknowledgement.

Good expirience
busy day to day inter action with customers.friendly co workers willingness to help being punctual I learnt some technical info on vehicles I enjoy being around people learning new things communicating with different cultural race groups getting all the positive feedback and the warm welcoming smiles from some of the customers im a very calm person I don't get angry very easy very patient as well

Drilling and welding
I've learned a lot about spot weld and welding and making tags, drilling, firefighter, filling, cutting a metal, jig and die. Tighten screws and bolts. The most thing I enjoy is to do welding and tighten srews
