I am a very friendly guy and honest with my work.. always willing to learn something new and solve challenges... I love what I do and I put my full strength and passion when i do it.. I always want a happy and positive filled environment for both my co_workers and i and also to have great communication and help each other.i believe loving and respecting each other is the most important thing to do in order to keep a healthy working relationship.i am a hard worker. When a task is given to me my first priority is to fix whatever challange is at hand on my first attempt. I am a fast learner and I'm never afraid to challenge my thoughts and abilities. I never cause fights at work I always try to make the environment better n energetic.

Pros: It's a very big company where one can learn alot

Being productive at work is important. Working well in a team also is advantageous. Working in a positive atmosphere. Most challenging aspects will be meeting targets and deadlines.

Great learning experience

I would be prospecting for leads then from day to day I sit and qualify the leads and start the closing process, working in a team that tires everything together e.g (example) after getting the application I send to business manager to send to banks while the reconditioning guys get the car ready for delivery. I have learnt so much in the company Toyota how to make the deal or the buying process memorable. I enjoyed building relationships and maintaining them. Most of the challenges are the turn around time of applications that I submit is not quick enough which costs me alot of business..

Below is my review

I came to Malelane in 2015 from Johannesburg, it was quite a change in more ways than one. I started off assisting with bad debts when i arrived here and then i took over the debtors book. Whilst learning about debtors, i did some courses on NCA, FICA, FAIS etc and then my interest grew on the Compliance side and i decided to study further to get my Compliance Certificate. This has taken me in completely different career angle and opened many other doors for me which are quite exciting. Legislation is huge and changes so often, its really challenging to keep up with it, but i enjoy it and i see the bigger picture with regards to why we should comply. I love working with the sales people and F&I's and i love the responsibility that comes with my work.

Pros: Very interesting line of work.
Cons: Trying to get people to buy into it.

I want to learn new things and i want to grow more

I love my job and i love what i do everyday. Its just i need to grow more in what i do, i want to learn more and learn new things. I have 'n great relationship with everyone at work made a lot of new friend.
