Excellent learning curve
It's very useful to work shifts, it prepares me for my permanent job also the training is relevant. I gain much experience. Working for different plants helps with various knowledge on different machines. Learning to be as fast as I can and working under pressure attending breakdowns helps a lot.

Enjoying work
morning meeting at 8am every morning. From there it is bring vehicles into stock if vehicles has been delivered from VDS. 95% of every day consists of starting at the top of the pile and working down to get all work done and sorted ASAP. Take every task as it comes along, Cheques Requisitions, Invoicing, orders, sublet, stock taking, assisting with queries, accounts, fuel statements exct. I have a great relationship with co-workers and working together as a team is great. I have learnet a lot working at East Rand Toyota. From customer relations to New Vehicle VSB and stock and admin. I enjoy the opportunity to be able to learn more on a daily basis. Challenges of being dropped in on the deep side and never stop swimming. Everyday is a challenge as you never know what the day holds and that keeps one on your toes.

Quicker to learn, assertive, numeracy
i am currently studying towards advance diploma in accounting sciences management accounting at unisa. i have no experiences so i look for an organisation that will afford me a chance to work or be an internship to gain experience and to be a future employee, to grow within the company.
Pros: to grow up within the company, to become a future leader, also to maintain a stable production or maximise profits and to safe guard the assetd of the company that a being maintained, and correctness of accounting policy, ifrs, costing methods

Not happy
I work with the scanning of documents and renaming them on the system and at times searching for files that have been filed. I'm a very friendly person and easy to get along with the other staff members and get very much along with my colleague. I've learnt to be a good friend and know what a workplace is like, to treat everyone equally and show respect' Working in my environment I enjoy that I get to deal with everyone and making new friends and knowing the character of an individual The most challenging aspect of my job is when I have to look for an EFT and cannot find it, searching online is better than searching on the system .

Amazing work experience with Our Clients
Working at Toyota taught me everyone came to work to earn a living. It's been a good journey knowing people personally.Seeing people coming and leaving for different reasons. How everyone came to plat a different part in this industry.We are a family since we spend more time with each other. We all cope well together. There are fun times and time to be serious at promoting our company. Our general manager knows he can trust us by going on business trips we fully comply with our daily task.

Excellent learning curve
Working with consumers and meeting their needs as to make sure their safety is priority. Servicing and repairing of forklifts. Having to work with a team in order to bring out all the Neccesary problems we encounter on site and to find all ideal resolutions

Good team working
It's always a hectic day because almost every time we work overtime as we always instructed to do so. What I love most People I work with we more like brother and sisters, we always work as a team we connect each an every time till the end of the day. I have learnt so many things like time keeping, communication,housekeeping, quality and most respect one other from management to team members on the same level. The challenging part is where you do improper work something like to produce poor quality, it's where you fight with management. So all the time you work like you the owner of the company you take care of everything that is around you.

Quick learner, always seeking a challenge
I am a person who is constantly seeking a challenge and in my normal day at work there are no more challenges for me, I have reached my top point of level and I can't go anywhere from here and i always seek a way to further my knowledge and skills, by doing so I can help with the growth of the company I work for. I pay attention to detail due to the fact that I work with Vehicle stock on a daily base.

I am a very friendly guy and honest with my work.. always willing to learn something new and solve challenges... I love what I do and I put my full strength and passion when i do it.. I always want a happy and positive filled environment for both my co_workers and i and also to have great communication and help each other.i believe loving and respecting each other is the most important thing to do in order to keep a healthy working relationship.i am a hard worker. When a task is given to me my first priority is to fix whatever challange is at hand on my first attempt. I am a fast learner and I'm never afraid to challenge my thoughts and abilities. I never cause fights at work I always try to make the environment better n energetic.

Toyota is a biggest company
My typical day at work is to clock in 7hoo morning,start to operate machine at 9hoo,assembly pint,safety ,preparing surface tea time at 10hoo and lunch at 13hoo and I clock out 3:30.I .It was a big challenge to meet many people at work wasn't use to many people.I enjoyed to work as team because I was sharing Ideas
