Good quality and safety

In my company it was very strictly when it comes to quality and safety more within the company in the workplace, what i love most is the everyone should follow the instructions no matter you in what position. I have learnt different technical semi skills in this company such as welding, drilling, basic computer, electrical, electronics, mechanical assembly etc. And the most enjoyable part is that we were most like family because we had a very good communication skill. We use to have challenging part day to day because you need to improve your work every single day in terms of business such as good quality, safety and how we can save time

Im a hard working kind of a person

imhad working person ,who likes to changesim a very fast learner , and i like to explore and learn different things , toyota has taught me a lots of different things , toyota way and so on , now i would like to jioin the new team and show off my skills

I love coming to work and have the ability to motorvate staff, I am very fair. I have always been in the motor industry but property especially building is my passion. I am an active participant in sport.

I am willing to start from the bottom and grow in the organisation.

I have just resigned from Toyota SA Processing in Durban and lo I have 15 years in the quality Specialist positions. I have experience in auditing/inspection and testing/Training/root cause analysis.oking for better prospects.

Pros: Tracibility and inspection controls are tight.
Cons: Succession plan

Excellent learning curve

The relationship with Co workers is great, Im apply my experience easily with the support I get from Management. A typical work in daily basis is to communicate effectively with customers, diagnose a problem on the vehicles tyres, align the wheels and balance it. Test drive the car for safety reasons before the client could drive it with the owners acknowledgement.

I enjoy to work In such a big company like Toyota I learn new things each and every day like how to work as team and how important to follow the safety rules.

Rather not

I've learned a lot about sales business, that it's all about the client. I've learned that this business is all about confidence in your product. I wish that the company could invest more in its staff, in terms of training.
