I enjoy my job as it is brings a lot learning and new challenges.
I work with s lot of different teams, cross functional teams. I enjoy challenges that come with different skills sets, opinions and learning new things daily. My work involves but not limited to daily meetings, training, handling and assisting with queries. Putting together Product documentations, and training manuals.
Pros: a good company to learn new things

Excellent Career
Working for TELKOM has been a great start of my career. The goals I have achieved at this company is team work, good communication skills and good leadership skills. I have trained a lot of staff which started working for Telkom and I enjoyed that. The most challenging aspects of my Job is to be always firm and always have a solution to every problem or issue and I have to always handle pressure very well when its busy .

An environment that sharpened my skill and gave me time make use of what is available
working with this company has been a challenge,rather I came in a a challenging time where I had to replace 2 people as one and the clients were not easy at all they kept asking for the previous people,environment was a mess and had to make sure things are stable working only with word from BA who understands the environmnent.It has been a learning curve to know that environments are not the same,work with what is there.Long working hours and a manager that knows the business and always have an idea of how to approach things are the demands you face everyday but they keep you going

Learnt alot in the technical enviroment that can carried out in other companies and daily lifes
working in an enviroment , not just taken has a job, this needs to something we look forward to on a daily basis and strive to fill all duties and tasks given throw out my work we learn that we need too make things a task and be the best at it at all time make sure tasks are done to perfection

Patience Pays Off
I started working for Telkom in 2016 may.I was appointed as an intern,where our mentor is grooming us with different skills.I love working for telkom because I am becoming creative each day,I know how to work with most personalities.I enjoy working with my team because with them I learn many things everyday.

Alot of experience gained
A typical work day: * early morning stock take *processing of mobile sales *assisting customers with queries * afternoon cash up of daily sales Relationship with co-workers * we have a good relationship...we work strong as a team and help each other out when help is needed... * I've learnt a lot in the time that I've worked at Telkom such networking to get sales , meeting new people while doing on the road promotions...visiting factories and massive companies explaining how good Telkom is and how it can benefit our customers. A our store ( Stanger ) we are a very small team but working together put us second in the country for our mobile sales... If requested proof of my sales and feed back from customers can be provided as a reference of my excellent customer service. The biggest challenge I face here is being new and the youngest...but through my hard work I've built up my own client base and I carry the bulk target of the Stanger Mobile sales.
Pros: commission paid daily for certain devices sold
Cons: Travelling...as I reside at Verulam in Durban...travelling 198kms daily is costing me to much

Stay focus when working under pressure.
I am quick learner and I believe in a team work. even if i find something irritating.I try to avoid it unless it personally affects me. I am a very calm person and focused on multi tasking while being patient.
Pros: I am looking foe better opportunities along the bussines

I am looking for an opportunity to learn and grow in the SAP environment
I'm an early bird, I like to start my day as early as possible. I work well with a team because I'm very sociable. I'm a good communicator, I always make sure I meet every customer demands. Telkom is a company that allows you to learn as much as you want, so I have taken this opportunity to grow, not just as a SAP Charm administrator, but I attended courses on Solution manager and ABAP to have a better understanding of my job, and to grow as a SAP person. I enjoy doing the technical part of ChaRM, configuring the system to meet the user's demands, but it can be challenging at times. The other challenging part of my work is the transport management, because one needs to be extra couscous when transporting to production systems. But other than that SAP is a great environment for learning and growing. I enjoy it every day. Unpredictable
