It's been a tough and challenging days in my career as a technician at Sasol. More on working in projects and interacting with different disciplines and communicating with them. The most things I enjoy are projects and planning ahead of them interaction with people and getting to kmow them.

Excellent Learning Curve
I am holding an B. Tech Degree in Accountancy and Diploma in Safety Management and I have served Vaal University of Technology as a lecturer for the past 7 years lecturing Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and Cost and Estimating, then proceeds to Sasol Secunda Shared Services Financial department in 2007as an Accountant/ TOOP Coordinator then move to Management Accounting in 2010. I have gained exposure and extensive experience in various facets of Accounting. I am confident person, pro-active, initiative, and I apply my learning, professional knowledge, planning, organizing, leadership, managing and problem solving knowledge to any task is given to me. I am a computer literate (Microsoft Office), SAP and other administrative skills. I am able to adapt myself to any type of work environment and I am a valuable Asset to any company. To support the above, I am familiar with all the requirements and key responsibilities that are placed in the advert

The company provides excellent experience for up and coming young recruits in every department which they are hired. we have world class systems which we utilize to ensure we stay ahead of any competition and remain sustainable while doing it.
Pros: Large multinational company that promotes inclusive growth.
Cons: Company is too large there are too many red tape at times to accomplish other goals with ease.

Excellent in alk we do
Warehouse controller,responsible for receiving stock and non stock according to the parchase oders, issuing according to the reservation number,binning and filling accordingly.Doing the receiving and the isuing using the SAP transactions. Doing the follow up on the late delivery by calling the suppliers.Planning the spares such as Relif valves to be used on the coming weeks.

Excellent learning opportunities
Awesome team culture that oriented toward delivering a good product to clients and on time. Very focused on safety and the environment, also great benefits and rewards. Always surrounded by positive hard working people. The shifts were a little hectic, but in the end we managed our time. I enjoyed learning something new every day.

Iv Learned About Different Tools And Their Function
We Work Five Days A Week From 7:00-16:00 We Issue Out Tools For Artisans And Help Around With Housekeeping. We Help Each Other Me And My Colleages By Teaching One Another How To Work Safe And Convinient .I Enjoy The Interaction I Have With Different Kind Of People From Different Race And Backround And Learning About Their Culture.The Most Challenging Aspect Of The Job Is When U Starting At The Job Tryn To Learn The Different Kinds Of Tools And Sizes.

I have worked with sasol we don't compromise on safety-zero tolerance, and all the company values played a vital role in our work such as winning with people,integrity, teamwork, customer focus, etc. And also my,mentoring, teaching and facilitation skills -Also as part of the SHE department we use KUE-key undesirable events to monitor all our activities, action and behaviour -My recent ISO and internal passed course helped a lot in my career
