I have worked in different Plants within Sasol and each plant has its own culture and dynamics. I came across different and difficult individuals and I have learned not to compare anyone. Difficult Managers I worked with learned me to always be in one step ahead as the environment is challenging and demanding. I have a strong relationship with all 3 Unions within the Chemical Sector. My first Arbitration at the Bargaining Council was very challenging , but despite that, I have learned that each and every case is unique and consultation is important. Growing from being a Secretary to HR consultant within this organisation, make me appreciate it much more. Yes 15 years its a lot but it was worth it.

Fast leaner and open to learning new thing in the industry
Electrical maintenance and repair of lights. Rotating machines , cable jointing up to 3.3kv , working on dc machines,fault finding , read and draw electrical schematics ,

Excellent
im under supply chain in the warehouse, stock controlling.im independent and work as a team. Hard worker and responsible. Count stock physically and doing investigation electronically. I use SAP system and doing inbound and outbound. Sometimes I help at the receiving and issuing if one of are team is off

Highly motivated and willing to lern
I was working at Sasol Secunda. I started everyday with a morning meeting, discussing the daily activities as plant from the sap system. I was delivering a service to the production instrumentation and electrical departments by means of doing running plant maintenance following a job card system. I was also attending the PDR(plan, do,review) meetings in the morning with all the departments. All the people that i was working with and reported to were good friends of while the focus was the jobs. In this time i learnt to respect others and to listen and learn. I enjoy the most working on rotating equipment and doing prisigeon work.
Pros: must have a clean record and follow a set rules of governance for safety prosedures
Cons: i was requite to do standby and work over time as the job requite.

I WILL ALSO TRAVELL TO SITE TO DO MY WORK USING CAMPANY CAR DOING STANBY CALIBRATION ON INSTRUMENTS FAULT FINDING AND SCADA MY CO-WORK I HAVE GOOD RELTIONSHIP WITH THEM I HAVE LEARN TO RESPECT PEOPLE AND TO BE ONEST AT ALL TIME SPEEDIND TIME WITH MY FAMILY NOT LEARNING MORE ON INSTRUMENTAION

Big environment
It's a very diverse environment where learning never stops, since we rotate on different projects. The environment is also conducive for one to learn and enhance knowledge. I have learned to work with different individuals.

Great platform to apply my hr knowledge,and my retail passion
My current job as a hr consultant gives me the opportunity to interact with people which I enjoy .The best part of my job is I get to contribute in ensuring both companies and the employees interest are taken care of by ensuring gorvenance and policy,as well as to ensure benefits and payroll are allocated as should

analyse routine water samples. , relationship with co workers strictly professional, very racist company(uneducated white people earn what should be earned by the black educated employess who are paid close nothing, and their qualifications aren't even recognised)

Excellent Learning Curve
I am holding an B. Tech Degree in Accountancy and Diploma in Safety Management and I have served Vaal University of Technology as a lecturer for the past 7 years lecturing Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and Cost and Estimating, then proceeds to Sasol Secunda Shared Services Financial department in 2007as an Accountant/ TOOP Coordinator then move to Management Accounting in 2010. I have gained exposure and extensive experience in various facets of Accounting. I am confident person, pro-active, initiative, and I apply my learning, professional knowledge, planning, organizing, leadership, managing and problem solving knowledge to any task is given to me. I am a computer literate (Microsoft Office), SAP and other administrative skills. I am able to adapt myself to any type of work environment and I am a valuable Asset to any company. To support the above, I am familiar with all the requirements and key responsibilities that are placed in the advert
