Fast and competent learner

I deal with paying outs of pension and provident funds. I communicate with clients on a daily basis, handling queries. we have a team based environment and we have to work well together to make sure that we all meet targets for the month. My communication skills have improvement and i have learnt how to work under pressure. It gives me joy when i have finalized a claim without any hassle. The best part about my job is that you learn something new almost everyday. The challenging aspect includes when Funds are liquidating and one has to explain to clients the process it takes before they can be paid out. It is challenging because these involve sections of the Pension Funds act that most people do not understand and clients start to think that we are just withhold their funds.

Pros: Great environment to work in
Cons: sometimes we have to put in long hours

Good working experince

Capturing accurate & efficient data Process applications SARS+ Logbooks Case Submissions Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Power Point, Microsoft Office Publisher and Customer Services.

Pros: Good working experience.

Getting the leads for yourself

A challenging environment,well structured,peaceful/good relationship with its employees, enough time to sort everything for your work everyday and have enjoyed working with them though challenging like getting your own leads and going extra mile to reaching targets also no limits as to how many hours you want to work but the longer the hours pays and get you more work for the next day or a month after.

Pros: yes there is a grate opportunity to grow
Cons: Indeed long working hours in order to reach set targets

Brilliant at operation and administration

Administration, making appointments, follow up on outstanding requirements. Do cold calling to set appointments. Meet with clients. Excellent relationship with colleagues, very supportive. I have completed my financial planning 1 as well as completing my Regulatory exams 5. Gained a lot of knowledge in respect of financial planning, working with clients. I enjoyed meeting new clients and new working environment. The most challenging is working for commission and the claw back policy.

Pros: Job satisfaction, personal growth
Cons: Commission based income

Is averave

Very good to work at Sanlam...I enjoy helping people with their financial needs.the working ours are very nice ...I work well with my colleagues because we help each other a lot .the challenges they come where the clients are not paying their policies they make them to lapse as result the company glad back their commission that they gave us .

Excellent leaning curve

I first work at ARA as sales consultant ,then department closed down.I then work at comprehensive care group as a sales rep,the Company closed down.I then work for Real people(DMC) as a tracer and have been driving a company car over six years,duties i to drive around all your clients and do payment arrangements with them so they can pay their accounts.now I'm at sanlam doing sales and marketing funeral plan and investments and savings.I've always have a good relationship with my colleagues.I have learned a lot of skills and to treat a client with respect.I enjoy the working under pressure.the most challenging aspect of job is where by no basis salary only commission basis.and at the present time of my life I need work with the basic salary.I would rather do the commission work during my spare time and weekends

Problem analysis and problem solving

It warm welcoming environment, am currently working as complaints quality assurer for team of 4 assessor, we have good relationship with my team, if it time to work we all at professional at all-time especially when it comes to providing the good customer feedback or satisfaction to our clients, to meet customer needs. I have learn in this environment is to be true to myself, able to pay attention to detail, planning and organizing, decision- making, problem solving and most of all to be good team player. To get positive or negative feedback from manager that what I enjoy most because that when my skills and knowledge enhanced, knowing when to improve or excel in my performance. Most challenging is not meeting our SLA turnaround time
