Excellent learning curve however it is only commission based
great company too work for,,great products that are offered,great reviews,it's been there for more than 100 years,no issues with payouts.it offers a variety of products, life covers, great investments with good returns,great retirement annuity for preretirement as well as post retirement.educational plans, funeral covers, wealth,wills.

Knowing my sales job

High income however it is tiring .
Too many man hours and not enough spare time to spend worh the family. No basic salary and only commission earned to carry you for the month is a really daunting feeling if you do not have clients to see.return

I've learnt how to treat clients, I've learnt so many good things
my work duties: firstly i answer incoming calls, i load incoming applications for medical aid on our system,I do follow up on application by calling schemes. I have a good relationship with my colleagues we respect each other I've learnt how to respect clients and how to be like in a work place. I enjoy working in a big company like Sanlam,i also enjoy to worker under pressure and to work with a big number of people that helps me to learn so many different things. To deal with client's complaints that's the only challenge i get at the moment
Pros: great thing is that they place me in different departments so that i can learn more.

Excellent
i am 6 years experienced in the industry,working wing with people and assisting clients is my habit.i am willing to assist more than a million people in a number per year in the in the industry.i am addicted in sales at whatever department for whatever reason,i am willing to work under any any pressure it may come may way and come up with the solution to the team that is useful and not final at a time
Pros: i was a teamleader for the past three years and doing so goog with proof
Cons: i would work from 7am to 5pm with my team to reach target before the cut off to avoid the delay of reaching target at the right time during cut off.my manager would always recommend my perfomance in each and every month for working under pressure almost every time.

No further growth
There is no further growth. The company offers no benefits, incentive or bonus to employees. Work environment is not conducive to working. There is little motivation to employees. Employees are belittled and berated and made to feel inferior. Verbal abuse is high in the office.
